Please stop texting me for a slot. I mean well by everyone but I can not make room for everyone.
Booking online ensures your slot.
Book according to when you will be serviced.
Do not book for a 2 Week Fill if you will be in Week 3 when serviced.
Appointments should be booked 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

2 weeks (Within 14 Days)
3 Weeks (Within 21 Days)
4 Weeks = (21+ Days = Full Set)
You MUST have 40% of your lashes to be serviced at 2- and 3-Week Fills.

Cancellations:
​
$20 Booking Fees are Non-Refundable (I will never return this fee)
I pay for a booking site. You may NOT reschedule with 48 hours' notice via TEXT (Effective 4/18/23)
If you want to reschedule you must become a site member and reschedule there.
If you can't make it to your appointment and you don't reschedule with the site at least
48hrs in advance you will not be able to reschedule using your original booking fee.

If you book an appointment and can't make it due to an emergency the cancellation fee must still be paid.
(When I was exposed to Covid (my son) I had to cancel all my existing appointments and return booking fees because.
that was the professional way to handle my amazing clients. It was an unexpected emergency quarantine situation.
I took the loss like most professionals. I made no money the entire time. It is no one's fault this happened.
I will not hound you for your cancellation fee. I will collect it at your next appointment if you do not send it in asap.
